What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and deploy high-frequency and mid-frequency trading strategies
- Build alpha-seeking and market-making models driven by data and market microstructure
- Conduct rigorous back-testing using in-house simulation and research platforms
- Create analytical tools to detect patterns and extract actionable signals
- Contribute to shared libraries for market data analysis and execution optimization
- Develop, refine, and calibrate exchange simulators for strategy validation
- Collaborate with quants and engineers to enhance execution speed and efficiency
- Monitor live performance, adapting strategies dynamically to market conditions
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in quantitative trading, preferably in HFT or proprietary trading
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering from a leading institution
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in C++ or C; working knowledge of Python, Linux, and shell scripting
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and low-latency execution
- Curious, disciplined, and detail-oriented, with a passion for complex systems
- Strong communication skills, thriving in collaborative, high-pressure environments
- Integrity-driven with a strong industry reputation
