What You'll Do
- Design and execute ultra-low-latency, high-frequency trading algorithms
- Develop both alpha-seeking and market-making strategies using historical and live data
- Backtest and optimize strategies on proprietary research infrastructure
- Build analytical tools and visualizations to uncover signal patterns in market data
- Enhance and calibrate internal exchange simulators for strategy testing
- Collaborate with research and engineering to improve model efficiency and infrastructure
- Continuously monitor and refine trading systems in live market conditions
Who You Are
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- 2–5 years of experience in trading or algorithm development
- Advanced coding skills in C++ or C; experience in Python and Linux preferred
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and HFT environments
- Experience with statistical arbitrage, execution modeling, or latency-sensitive systems
- Methodical, disciplined, and self-driven with a strong analytical mindset
- Exceptional attention to detail in high-pressure and high-volume trading settings
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills in fast-paced teams
- Prior experience in startups or HFT firms is a strong plus
