You’ll collaborate closely with traders and researchers to turn strategy into execution, engineering the algorithms that operate at the bleeding edge of latency and intelligence. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers to design and implement high-performance trading strategies
- Translate complex mathematical models into robust, production-level C++ and Python code
- Build, test, and optimize low-latency execution systems for global markets
- Research and deploy enhancements to existing algorithms using machine learning and statistical techniques
- Work across the technology stack, integrating with infrastructure, data pipelines, and simulation environments
- Stay current on advancements in high-performance computing and trading technology
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience at a proprietary trading firm or hedge fund
- Advanced programming skills in both C++ and Python
- Solid understanding of market microstructure, trading systems, and quantitative modeling
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, statistical libraries, and performance profiling tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an engineering mindset focused on precision and speed
- Clear communicator and effective collaborator in cross-functional teams
