What You'll Do
- Work with our core APIs and platform software to support trading systems
- Manage and optimize databases for speed, reliability, and scalability
- Design and implement performance, scalability, stability, and stress tests using industry-standard and custom-built tools
- Benchmark production and test environments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of simulations
- Build tools to simulate and monitor key performance metrics in real time
Who You Are
- Proven experience as a Python Developer in financial technology or high-frequency trading
- Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks/libraries
- Solid understanding of algorithmic trading, financial markets, and trading protocols
- Skilled with data analysis and visualization tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
- Familiarity with low-latency system development and optimization
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Operates with integrity, collaboration, and a solutions-focused mindset
