What You'll Do
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
- Collaborate across engineering, research, trading, and operations to deliver high-impact products
- Prioritize features and requirements based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle - from concept to launch and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related matters internally and externally
- Engage stakeholders, including traders, quants, and senior leadership, for feedback and alignment
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure product success and guide enhancements
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
- Drive continuous improvement processes to optimize quality, speed, and impact
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in product management (HFT or financial technology sector preferred)
- Proven track record of managing and launching complex, high-value products
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and HFT technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
