What You'll Do
- Design and manage trading strategies across multiple asset classes: Options, Long-Short, Equities, Commodities
- Generate consistent alpha through systematic, discretionary, or hybrid approaches
- Collaborate with quants, engineers, and data scientists to refine models and trading tools
- Monitor global markets to adapt strategies in real time
- Oversee portfolio construction, capital allocation, and risk optimization
- Define risk controls, performance metrics, and operational processes for live strategies
- Develop research pipelines to test new ideas, signals, and opportunities
- Drive continuous innovation in execution and trade flow analysis
Who You Are
- 3-7+ years of direct experience in portfolio management or proprietary trading
- Demonstrated success in delivering risk-adjusted returns
- Strong background in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics
- Fluency in Python (required); familiarity with C++ is a plus
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and electronic execution
- Experience with both systematic and discretionary models, from intraday to multi-day horizons
- Analytical thinker comfortable with large, complex datasets
- Collaborative and communicative, thriving in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Integrity-driven with a solid industry reputation
