In this role, you’ll own the stability, performance, and security of Minix’s network infrastructure - from office and production environments to global data centers. You’ll work hands-on with firewalls, routers, switches, and high-performance servers, while collaborating with engineers, developers, and traders to deliver low-latency, high-availability connectivity.

What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure across office, production, data centers, and end-user environments
- Maintain core systems including firewalls, VPN gateways, VLANs, and network segmentation
- Monitor server health, network status, and application performance, troubleshooting and resolving performance issues
- Implement low-latency network solutions and coordinate with third parties for network lines and data center operations
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and support Linux-based servers and applications
- Test and evaluate customized high-performance server hardware
- Manage storage and backup infrastructure for maximum resilience
- Ensure security across all network layers and devices
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in network administration, design, or automation
- Skilled in supporting and troubleshooting large, complex networks, including multicast configurations
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and scripting in Python, Bash, or Perl
- Deep understanding of OSI layers, TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, MSDP, and PIM
- Proficient with firewall technologies, VPN setup (IPsec, SSL, site-to-site), and troubleshooting
- Experience with WAN, LAN, and data center architectures
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- CCNP or CCNA certified; Red Hat Certified System Administrator preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
