You will craft the critical infrastructure that powers our most advanced strategies, working side by side with quants and traders to engineer systems that outperform the market at machine speed.

What You'll Do
- Architect and develop ultra-low-latency trading systems using C++
- Optimize network stack performance, system calls, and data throughput
- Research and implement algorithms to reduce latency and improve execution quality
- Develop internal tools for monitoring, risk control, and performance diagnostics
- Lead software modules from design through deployment and maintenance
- Partner with quantitative teams to bring research strategies to production with minimal delay
Who You Are
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in performance-sensitive systems or HFT environments
- Expertise in modern C/C++ programming and object-oriented design
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management
- Hands-on experience with Linux internals, multithreading, and CPU tuning
- Proficiency in Python and shell scripting is a strong plus
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/UDP), socket programming, and hardware acceleration techniques
- Proven track record in latency optimization, low-level debugging, and real-time systems
