What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across all business units
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Oversee regulatory compliance, taxation, and audit processes with accuracy and transparency
- Implement and improve internal controls, financial policies, and reporting frameworks
- Partner with leadership on strategic financial decisions including expansion, investments, and risk management
- Generate insightful financial analysis and performance metrics to guide business growth
- Collaborate with traders, researchers, and operations to align financial strategy with trading strategy
- Evaluate and manage vendor, exchange, and counterparty relationships from a financial perspective
Who You Are
- 5+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance frameworks
- Expertise in budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or financial ERP systems
- Analytical thinker with a strong business sense and attention to detail
- Ethical, dependable, and highly organized
