What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable deployments
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet
- Manage cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Orchestrate containers with Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Collaborate with developers, quants, and sysadmins to streamline workflows
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault-tolerance across environments
- Automate security and compliance enforcement within pipelines
- Continuously optimize build, test, and release processes
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Strong with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Fluent in scripting (Bash, Python, Go preferred)
- Skilled in containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Experienced with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure & networking fundamentals
- Problem-solver with the ability to diagnose complex, distributed systems
