The Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on regulatory and policy compliance. You will work closely with legal, finance, trading, and technology teams to ensure that Minix adheres to industry regulations, risk frameworks, and internal guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Monitor business processes, financial transactions, and trading activities for regulatory compliance
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, manuals, and procedures
- Track and implement updates on laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to financial markets and operations
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and transparency
- Prepare compliance reports and dashboards for senior management and regulators
- Provide compliance training and awareness programs to employees
- Investigate and escalate potential compliance issues, breaches, or irregularities
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory roles
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, risk controls, and compliance frameworks
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
