What You'll Do
- Build and optimize high-performance trading systems in modern C++
- Develop low-latency market data and execution pipelines
- Engineer fault-tolerant, memory-efficient systems that run 24/7
- Benchmark and profile code to achieve ultra-low latency performance
- Work closely with quant researchers and traders to implement strategies in production
- Collaborate with infra and data engineers to ensure seamless integration across systems
- Continuously refine code quality, testing, and deployment processes
Who You Are
- 2–6 years of experience in systems programming with C++ (C++14/17/20)
- Deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and memory management
- Experience with low-latency / real-time systems
- Solid grasp of network programming (TCP/UDP, multicast, shared memory)
- Strong skills in data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning
- Comfort with Linux systems, debugging tools, and profiling
- A mindset that thrives on precision, speed, and optimization
