At Minix, Back Office Executives are more than process managers - they’re the guardians of operational integrity in a fast-moving, high-frequency environment. You’ll oversee the day-to-day execution of back-office workflows, from pay-in/pay-out and settlements to reconciliation and audit readiness, all while collaborating with trading, risk, and compliance teams.

What You'll Do
- Monitor daily trades, P&L reporting, and handle ad-hoc exceptions or queries
- Execute BOD/EOD processes for all segments - Equity, F&O, Commodity
- Perform daily reconciliation of positions, trades, cash, fees, and P&L, including vendor integrations
- Support clearing and settlement across multiple asset classes - Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Commodities
- Investigate and resolve breaks raised by trading desks, departments, or counterparties
- Ensure system rollovers and settlement readiness before market open
- Maintain precise fund movement records and reconcile with ledger balances
- Coordinate T+1/T+2 settlements with custodians, clearing members, and internal teams
- Maintain audit trails and compliance data for SEBI and exchange requirements
- Participate in operational audits, valuation checks, and process improvement projects
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in a stock broking or financial services back-office role
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of capital market operations and regulatory frameworks (NSE, BSE, SEBI, CDSL/NSDL)
- Proficient in MS Excel, back-office platforms, and reporting tools
- Highly detail-oriented, with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with back-office software such as Tech Excel, Korp Soft preferred
