What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across departments (finance, trading, technology, administration)
- Work with General Manager/Directors to define and execute strategic goals
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring performance and accountability
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, reporting directly to senior leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
- Support business expansion, client engagement, and partnership opportunities
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management standards are met
- Mentor and develop junior managers, building a strong leadership pipeline
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
- 6–10 years of experience in operations, management, or leadership roles
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, reporting tools, and business management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
