The Accountant plays a critical role in maintaining financial discipline within Minix. You will handle accounts, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance tasks to ensure our financial records reflect accuracy, transparency, and accountability.

What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate books of accounts (General Ledger, Journals, Trial Balance)
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Prepare and verify monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings
- Conduct bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and client reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation
- Collaborate with compliance team to ensure adherence to financial regulations and policies
- Monitor cash flow, payroll processing, and financial transactions
- Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and financial management software
- Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
